Jewish Communal Fund (JCF) is a Jewish foundation that facilitates and promotes charitable giving to sectarian and nonsectarian organizations through donor-advised funds and provides support to Jewish organizations in New York. We enable individuals and families to achieve their philanthropic goals simply and effectively, with full confidentiality.
Rooted in Jewish values and committed to strengthening our community, JCF also supports Jewish organizations in New York and beyond. Each year, we make a Community Gift of more than $2 million to vital programs and initiatives that enhance the well-being, education, and vibrancy of the New York Jewish community.
In addition to the Community Gift, JCF’s Special Gifts Fund allocates grants to impactful projects in areas such as mental health support, food insecurity, elder care, Holocaust education, and Jewish identity building. These grants reflect our broader mission by directly supporting organizations that uplift lives and create meaningful, lasting change.
At JCF, we are proud to be one of the largest and most trusted Jewish foundations in the country, helping thousands of fundholders make intentional, tax-efficient charitable contributions that align with their values and visions for a better world.
